There are more than 70 fishing destinations up for grabs in the International Game Fish Association’s annual online auction that ends on Sunday.

The very best lots in the auction, which takes place as part of the IGFA’s banquet to raise funds for its work, include a Mako 214 CC offshore centre console boat with engine, four days’ fishing for two at Tropic Star Lodge in Panama and a seven-day trip for three, staying on board a sportfishing boat and chasing black marlin.

There are dozens of other glamorous locations, from the Florida Keys to the Amazon, the Bahamas, Ecuador, Nova Scotia, Belize, Tuscany, Hawaii, Alaska and Cape Verde, as well as tackle, fishing clothing, artwork and jewellery. It’s definitely worth a look, at very least.
